Cooling blanket sizes are not always standardised across brands and getting the wrong size is a surprisingly common mistake. Here is how to choose correctly the first time.
Standard Sizes and What They Cover
Twin/Full is typically 150x200cm or 59x79 inches. Suitable for single sleepers on a twin or full-size bed with good coverage and minimal overhang on the sides.
Queen/King is typically 200x230cm or 79x91 inches. Wider and longer, providing more generous coverage and more drape. Suitable for larger beds or people who move a lot in sleep.
Should You Size Up?
For hot sleepers sizing up is almost always a good idea. A larger cooling blanket means more coverage when you move through the night. You are less likely to end up with uncovered areas at 3am.
