Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Delivery to the United States typically takes 5–9 business days from the date of shipment. Stillwell is a European-based brand, and all orders are shipped internationally. While we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, customs processing can occasionally add a few extra days to the estimated delivery window. This is outside of our control but happens rarely.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means locating the package or sending a replacement.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Stillwell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
