GENERAL QUESTIONS

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery to the US typically takes 5–9 business days. Tracking is provided with every order. We want to be transparent — Stillwell is a European-based company, and while we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, international shipping can occasionally be affected by customs processing, especially given the current global trade environment. In rare cases, delivery may take a few days longer than expected. If your order is delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out — we'll track it down for you.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date your order arrives. If The Cloud isn't right for you, simply contact us and we'll arrange your refund. No complicated process, no hoops to jump through. You can reach us anytime here.

ABOUT THE CLOUD

How does The Cloud work?

The Cloud is made from 100% nylon cooling fiber that naturally conducts heat away from your body on contact. The moment you lie down, the fabric draws warmth from your skin, creating an instant cooling sensation. As you shift through the night, each new spot you touch feels cool again. We want to be honest — no blanket is an air conditioner. The fabric will gradually warm where your body rests, but the high-conductivity nylon resets quickly when you move. Pair it with a fan or AC for the best experience.

Tell me about the fabric. Is it soft? Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The Cloud has a silky, smooth feel — similar to high-end satin but more breathable. It's certified Class A, the highest textile safety standard, meaning it's safe enough even for infant skin. Independently tested: no formaldehyde, no fluorescent agents, no harmful chemicals. The filling is also treated with antibacterial fiber, tested against common bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus (94% inhibition), E. coli (85%), and Candida albicans (83%). One thing to note — the nylon fabric has a naturally smooth texture, which means it can feel slightly slippery on some sheets. We recommend using The Cloud directly against your skin without a top sheet, or tucking it under the mattress at the foot of the bed.

How do I wash The Cloud? Can I use a dryer?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle at or below 30°C (86°F). Use a mild detergent without bleach or whitening agents. Do not soak for more than 15 minutes. Wash dark colors separately. Never use a dryer — this is the most important care instruction. Heat will permanently damage the cooling fibers and reduce the blanket's effectiveness. Always lay flat to dry or hang on a line. Following these instructions will keep The Cloud performing like new for a long time.

What sizes, colors, and weight are available?

The Cloud comes in two sizes: Twin/Full (150 × 200 cm / 59 × 79 in) and Queen/King (200 × 230 cm / 79 × 91 in). It weighs approximately 0.75–1.0 kg (1.6–2.2 lbs) — lightweight enough for warm nights but substantial enough to feel like a real blanket, not just a sheet. Available in four colors: Glacier (soft blue), Dusk (dusty blue), Stone (warm grey), and Blush (light pink).

Where is The Cloud made?

The Cloud is manufactured in Nantong, China — one of the world's leading regions for textile production. Our facility is a certified super factory that produces premium bedding for international hospitality and lifestyle brands. All materials are independently tested and hold Class A safety certification, the highest standard for textiles.
